Great people working at Auto Value. They were very helpful getting my car battery exchanged. I had made a brand new purchase in the southwest of an Interstate battery; On my 4 day trip driving cross country back to Boyne city i had a completely dead battery after the truck was parked in the hotel parking lot during a blizzard in Kansas. Once I was home, I couldnt get the battery to recharge for a couple months of trying i finally had it tested at this store. The battery wasn't working properly for being brand new and the guys took care of me by having Interstate exchange for a working battery. Awesome!
