Boyne 10 Minute Oil Change

The people here are very nice. It was a quick experience changing the oil in my car. I'm grateful they started a conversation with me which led to extreme friendliness, making the trust for this company very high. I recommend going here for oil changes and anything else you need.

We have had our oil changed here many times. Like it very much. Especially not having to make a appointment. We also took a tire to them to find out why it kept going flat. We had a cracked rim. They found us a used tire & installed our ti re e on it for a reasonable price.

Seemed to be well organized and worked quickly. But the next day, oil was dripping off my engine onto the apron of my driveway. Upon opening my car's hood and inspecting the engine, I discovered oil all over the outside of the right side of the engine around the fill hole and running all over down that side of the engine. It looks like they squeezed the fill lever before they had the nozzle in the fill hole.

Brought my truck here for the first time to get an oil change. The guy that went under the truck was complaining about having to do it. Oil change over and left. Got home, they hadn’t put my skid plate back on. Went back and said I think you have my skid plate. Guy says, “I do, it was during that bad rush we had and i forgot to put it on…” but I was the only vehicle there when I arrived and there was only one in line when I left. There proceeds to be arguing and cussing amongst 3 out of 4 of the employees. When I get home and check the skid plate, it’s installed WRONG…Unbelievable!!!

This place added hydraulic oil into my engine and then after realizing the mistake only used a small manual suction pump to remove the fluid instead of completing flushing it out, all while attempting to act like it never happened and downplay the situation. A year later my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee engine is ruined and needs replaced at 139,000 miles. Never go to this place, I’ll be filing a suit against this business.
