Max Car Wash

They seemed to have sped up the wash to the point where nothing is fully getting rinsed off your car. (it used to be my fav car wash around!) 😢 my car was spotted up so bad from remaining residue and wasn’t even hardly dirty (I wash it every week). Now I’ll have to go find another wash that actually works. $$$ still the same, quality on a slippery slope.

Save your money and time. 14 bucks and the wash couldn't remove basic road dust. These pictures were taken litterly right out of the automated bay. I rubbed my fingers across it to make sure it wasn't stuck on dust, it absolutely was not. What a joke, feel like I was robbed in this one. A picture is worth a thousand words, in this case 14 bucks.

What a joke. Just got my credit card statement. $15 to wash my truck in the bay. That was about as quick as I could possibly spray it, brush it, and rinse it

I got the premium automated car wash, which seemed to do a good job getting the all the mud off my car. But for the top option it should have spent longer on the wheels and undercarriage. Another day I came back to use the self serve vacume on the inside of the car. I don't know how that service could have been much worse. The first station I tried gobbled up my 4 quarters and gave me no service. Since the instructions on the machine we're unclear and partly unreadable, I put in some more money in case it required more. Still nothing. And no way to get my money back. A sign saying "out of order" on the machine would have been helpful. On to the next service station, that vacume turned on as it should but was also disappointing. Vacuum power was very weak. After calling everyday for over a week to let the car wash know that their machine took $10.00 for a wash but did not let me get a car wash. I finally contacted the owner to let him know this had happened to many people. People called to leave messages with no call back. It turns out that the employee who runs the maintenance on the car wash wasn't getting the voicemail messages that were left. The owner made restitution to myself plus a few others in town. He is also installing a new message machine plus having maintenance on the menu money receptacle at the entrance to the auto wash area. That should solve the many issues at the car wash. I am pleased we had such a great end to this story.
