Thought they were on the up and up and nice, but when they refuse to contact you back after the car you bought from them blow a motor after a few weeks is ridiculous. They should have these vehicles check prior to sale, especially when they say it's all good. Not only were the tires bad which I overlooked because that is small but not reading codes that could have prevented my motor blowing is important. Tried for months to contact them to make good on this, but only get the run around and never get a response. It really sucks that people can't own up to their mistakes, maybe they would see not everyone is unreasonable and looking to nickel and dime them. Just wish it could've been resolved civilly rather than with courts involved, wasting time and money.😞

Guy who owns this place is not someone you can trust in any capacity.

These guys are great at what they do!! They sat with me for 2 hours helping me get car insurance! If you need to purchase a car I would definitely recommend them!

This place is a complete joke. They will sell you a vehicle and within 24-36 hours, your transmission will go bad. Lynden, the owner, did have Heims transmission fix it once. They had my vehicle for over 3 months. All they did was tear it apart and rebuild the broken transmission. I had it back for less than 3 weeks. The transmission went again. Even though neither time it should have been driven, we were forced to drive it over 40 miles BACK to Heims transmission to get it fixed. 2nd time was the same thing, hee-haw and mules kicking buckets. NOW, it went out a 3rd time on my way to family emergency. It went out, AGAIN, and I am told , in Feorgia, that I, I repeat, I, need to find a way to get it back up to Heims in Richmond, VA. So while I'm having to pay for food and a hotel for 2 wee
