Used him for over 2 years thinking that I was getting good service. I decided to try a new certified Mercedes mechanic closer to my house. I asked him to give the Benz a full diagnostic and found that 3 of the repairs that Autobahn completed were still leaking. I asked my new mechanic to make the repairs AGAIN including another transmission service. What we found was instead of the gasket, he only used RTV sealant for one of the repairs. My transmission was shifting hard since I bought the car used in 2023. The transmission service with Autobahn did not fix it and he said we can use the extended watts to try and fix it which we never got to. I've taken my Mercedes C300 to Bernard at Autobahn Auto Care twice now for oil changes, and both times the service was quick, professional, and priced VERY competitively. That's what first got me coming back — honest work at competitive prices without any pressure. This last visit, my brakes were due for replacement (pads and rotors), so while I was there for the oil change, I figured I'd get a quote from Bernard too ( in the back of my mind I think I’ve already found my lifetime German car mechanic). I'd already done my homework — checked dealer prices, called around to other independent shops — and I was braced for a big number. When he gave me his quote for parts and labor, my jaw literally dropped... in the best possible way. It was significantly lower than everywhere else I checked.

Spent over $600 to “fix” an AC leak. After 2 days it wasn’t working again and wanted to charge me again to fix it. He literally patched something in my car for $600 and charged me twice to get a horn and guess what. Still have not gotten the second horn. Do not recommend and will never go back here with any of my cars. Spoke to other mechanics and they all told me he charged me double the price. This place literally wack
