I recently had my car service and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience there thanks to my service advisor Andrew Barragan. From start to finish he was very helpful and genuinely attentive. Everything was clearly explained and all my questions were answered. Andrew went above and beyond by not only doing the services I requested but also finding other issues on the vehicle that needed to be fixed. I highly recommend working with Andrew Barragan!

I’ve gone to autobahn plenty of times, and each time I’m greeting with a smile and such friendly employees. Two of them however NEVER disappoint, and completely take it above and beyond. Ralph, my go to technician for the past couple of years, is the best. He is on top of it, and always communicates well- he always gets things done! Angie, also amazing. Anytime i need a rental while my car is being worked on, she does a great job! 10/10

Great service, car feels great and looks beautiful! The team at Autobahn were able to give my car a much needed wash and vacuum while they had it. Ralph got everything together once I arrived and explained it would take just a couple of hours. No loaner car available this time, but John from driving service got me home and back to dealership without a problem. Overall a good impression for it being my first visit since purchasing.

It was a wonderful experience taking my car to Mercedes Autobahn. My service guy was Jimmy and he was polite and willing to take notes of my concerns of my car. After I went through the reception, Jessica ( I might remember the name wrong but she said she's from Malaysia or Vietnam and she wore a jade bracelet) took me to get the loan car. She was super nice and easy going. After verifying my insurance, she loaned me a GLS 450. I was told to go home and wait for notice as my car could take 1 or more days. Afternoon, I receive a text message from Jimmy sending me a link with details of how my car is being serviced. However, the video from the link was too noisy and I wasn't sure what services I was getting. I purchased a service package when I bought the car and my warranty is also active

I recently took my GLC 300 to Autobahn Service Center for its A2 service, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. They were proactive, reaching out via mail and text to remind me the service was due, and then contacted me directly to get an appointment scheduled. The entire team was incredibly friendly and efficient. I was able to drive out in a loaner car feeling completely confident that my vehicle was in good hands. One of the best parts was receiving a text with a video and a full description of the work they intended to perform. They did include some upsell items, but they were presented fairly. Communication remained excellent throughout the day; Ralph texted me an ETA for when the car would be ready, so there was no guessing game. When I picked it up, my car had bee
