So I just left the location. I am truly disappointed as this location is usually the best in the area. They never opened the hatch to vacuum it. They didn't even wipe down the driver's seat. Also I paid to have the mats taken out and washed which they said they no longer do. **** Update they contacted me and took care of the issues. I would not judge a company by their mistakes but how they handle the issue. They did a great job. Recommended.****

I got their most expensive carwash last night and it looks like the inside of my car is untouched. Mirror, console, doors, cup holders, and behind driver seat were untouched. When I paid I asked if there was a way to add on wiping off my seats and they said to just ask at the end, so I did, and tipped $7. That also didn’t get done. $44 for essentially an exterior carwash is wild. It took me maybe 5 minutes to just do it all myself when I got home. Super disappointed and inconvenienced.

Another awful experience. Don’t waste your time and money trying to get a car wash here. I would rather go to any gas station car wash. Cheaper, about the same results on the outside, and a better vacuum. Looks like the staff is not happy with their jobs or doesn’t like the customers.
