Tanika, Kelly, Alex, Nate, and David Butler were incredible at Subaru of South Charlotte. Alex was my service advisor and I’d absolutely recommend working with him. He was patient, listened carefully, and clearly explained the plan for my car. When I called back about ongoing concerns, Kelly apologized, asked how far away I was, and made sure I could get to the dealership safely with my child. I could tell safety was truly their priority. I arrived close to closing time, and Alex still took his time with us. He set my son and me up with a safe loaner vehicle so we weren’t rushed into any decisions. I had an unexpected breakdown while traveling from Florida to North Carolina, and David was truly a lifesaver. He was understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire ordeal. He provided me with a wonderful loaner car and stayed in touch the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more supportive or professional service rep. This is a review of the Subaru dealership on South boulevard in Pineville North. From my first interaction walking around the parking lot one afternoon looking at the new cars I was approached by a very friendly and professional sales person named Jeff who work with me through the entire process to buy a new car which I ended up doing. Although the vehicle I was looking for was not in stock Jeff the sales person kept me updated on what was going on and the progress of the new vehicles that were coming in. Every person that I interacted with up to and including the service manager and finance person was absolutely a pleasure. Huge fan of this Subaru dealer and service department. I'm on my 9th Subaru or so and I've purchased 2 or 3 from here and had even more serviced here. I used to have a performance/tuning parts business and worked on many Subarus myself from fuel systems to suspensions to turbos, and this is one of the few places I trust to service my Subarus. Always treated with respect and service is high quality. Always leave feeling good and happy to see the same faces again every time. Most recent experience with Chris Blackman servicing my STi was top notch. Got scheduled service done as well as a minor recall. He suggested a loaner and got me into it quickly. Ordered the car on 8/22, it arrived the evening 8/31. Pretty good by 2022 standards. Today we finalize the purchase of the car and my wife is happy. She appreciated Doug's user introduction briefing at the end of the purchase process, and he was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Our kiddo loves the new wheels and we hope it helps keep them and that wife of my safe for years to come. The lack of a market adjustment is a large reason for my purchase at this location, Subaru of America seems to be doing customers right in that respect.
