UPDATED REVIEW: I just wanted to give an update on this incident I had with midas. The Owner, Vik reached out to me immediately regarding my situation and displayed consistent professionalism throughout the process. Vik showed great concerns and emphasized that he wanted me to continue being a customer of Midas. I will admit, I never planned on going back to Midas until I spoke with Vik. He has definitely made me want to continue using midas for services. He stayed consistent with communication to help resolve my issues that I had with the store and he exceeded expectations. Matt was very helpful to me today! I had to get my car towed down there bc it was idling shaky. Matt talked me through step by step to make sure my car was back drivable but also I didn't spend money I didn't have to! So refreshing to have Matt and Travis help me! They didn't try to hassle me or upsale me in any way. It was the best experience I've had with a car shop and as a woman that's saying a lot! Thank you, Matt and Travis! I will definitely be back, probably for that oil change! 😁
The team at Midas Pineville went above and beyond in their services, professionalism and communication with me while they were taking care of my car. Travis was extremely kind, honest, and helpful in making sure I understood what exactly was being done to my car every step of the way. I will definitely be returning to Midas Pineville for future car services!
went in on a Friday around 3 and needed 2 tires replaced and an alignment. i talked to Travis on Friday order my tires and had them there for me the next day didn't try to sell me stuff i don't need. just the work i asked to be done. then they did the work and where really clean in and out of my car will definitely be back
My family and I have been coming to this location for about a decade and we always receive amazing service. Travis and his team are awesome. I highly recommend them.
