I have visited this location on two occasions and consistently received exceptional service, arguably the best on the East Coast. Despite encountering numerous issues with my Escalade since its purchase several years ago, Ryan has been incredibly helpful during each visit. He has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Each repair was executed with precision. His communication was superb; he always made himself available to address my inquiries and never appeared too busy to take a call or provide thorough explanations. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

I had a wonderful experience today/ they squeezed me in to replace my battery, which I was previously told was low! Everyone was very professional and friendly, so I’m highly recommending this dealership! I thought it was pricier getting here than elsewhere, but the hookup is complicated, so that’s the route I had to take since it’s not just a simple battery replacement! Worth the money having it done correctly!

Yeah, so my name is Kimbell Collins and obviously you know my name right so when I bought this lyric back when the model was announced right so when they first announced the release of the lyric, they have a lottery out and I submitted my name and I got paid so I was among the first I guess wave of Faulkes lyric so Josh has been my service guy ever since and Michael Van these guys the whole staff Ryan all of these guys are phenomenal. I mean guys you have you have a dream team right you know that’s it so that’s all I can say you know keep doing what you’re doing whenever I come in. I feel like Family you know guys are good they took care of business. I’ve never been disappointed so that’s it. Have a good one.

Great experience with Cadillac of South Charlotte! As someone in the auto industry, I tend to have high expectations—but Camden exceeded them. His communication was excellent, and he truly went above and beyond. The GSM was extremely friendly, and the vehicle was spotless and fully fueled at delivery. Highly recommend!
