Autobell Car Wash

Jack and Jacob spent some quality time completing a full service wash, wax, and vacuum. My truck hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks. They did a great job! I included the tire shine. Definitely recommended.

Used this location when I was on the way to a dinner…just bad. When arriving I said that I wanted the full-inside and out. Kid said they were running a special of buy one full package, get one 1/2 off. Sure..why not? Handed him my card and proceeded to the wash and vacuum. When my vehicle was done, I hopped in and headed to my reservation and noticed a horrible smell I can only describe as “moldy rag”. I made a turn and the sun hit my windshield differently and it was horribly streaked and worse than before. One of those “I’ll handle it later” moments since I had somewhere to be. After dinner, I noticed that my card was charged $70…which didn’t add up. If a full wash/vacuum is $28 and I did the buy one, get one 1/2 price…why was I charged $70 instead of $45. Service is very poor and getting worse Autobell in Knightsville. I pay for the top wash which runs me $75 a month my vehicle is never clean I drive a newer model Yukon so it's not in bad shape but they do not wipe the running boards. They are always dirty I have floor liners so all they have to do is wipe them they are always Dusty looking they don't snap the mats back together when they remove them the seats are awful the wash itself does not polish the vehicle as it states that it should. I asked the guy today why the lights didn't come on for my auto glass and and soap after them taking 45 minutes to wipe my vehicle down it was still Dusty mind you I was the only vehicle there when I pulled up around 7:30 this morning and no other vehicle came the whole time I was there so they were the

I had an amazing experience at Autobell Car Wash and had to leave a 5-star review! From start to finish, the service was top-tier. Chayten and Riley went above and beyond taking care of my car. They did an incredible job polishing and vacuuming it — when I got back in, it honestly felt brand new. The polish had my car shining, and they didn’t miss a single spot on the interior. The attention to detail really stood out. Both of them were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find service like that these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Huge thanks to Chayten and Riley for the awesome job. I’ll definitely be coming back!
