We recently moved to the area and needed a place to get some automotive repairs. Based on previous good reviews, I decided to try AutoDreams and I am very pleased with my decision. By the far the best place to take your car to have it fixed. Austin and Josh are amazing! The communication was fantastic as well as the price being incredibly reasonable. Josh, and especially Austin, we're great. Both made me feel like they genuinely were looking out for their customers first. Austin was very up front and honest with me about my vehicle and a few sizable concerns he had aside from the reason I brought my vehicle in. They could have taken my money and fixed what I brought it in for and gone one with their day, but instead gave me an honest opinion on whether they felt it was worth it given additional work that would need to be done to keep it going for another year plus (it was 11 years old and north of 150k miles). Basically, would likely be better to get rid of and into a more reliable vehicle if financially possible. I feel like I rated AutoDreams the last time we bought a car from Josh in 2019, but Google asked for my opinion, so here I am rating them again after the second car we've bought from him! The place is super nice and clean, and a comfortable environment. Josh is easy to talk to and makes the whole transaction quick and painless. I love that he also has a full service garage for any maintenance/repairs we need. It's tough to find a shop you can trust, but so far so good here! I'm sure we'll be buying more cars/trucks from Josh in the future as well.
