Transmission on my 2016 Toyota Tacoma needed to be replaced (I drive 30k miles per year). I called a few shops and Gus’s had the best customer service, by a long shot. Their pricing was more than reasonable and Sean communicated clearly and consistently throughout the process. Wow! What a wonderful experience from check-in to pick-up. We had transmission issues and Gus's Gears kept us up-to-date along the way. When we picked up our vehicle, it ran better than it had in a long time. Great job guys! We will definitely share our experience with others.

I am very pleased with Gus’ Gears!! I found my new go-to for all of my car maintenance. This time I got a full service oil change. It was quick and very affordable. A few weeks ago, we got new brakes, tire rotation and oil change on another vehicle. I was impressed with the staff as they were all very friendly especially Shawn and Gus (the 2 we personally talked to). They kept us informed on the status of our vehicles and what to expect. There were no surprises. I enjoyed talking to the owner. You could tell he is an honest guy that genuinely cares and wants to make sure you’re safe going down the road. I never felt like they were trying to add on extras. If you’ve read this far, I hope you can tell I recommend Gus’ Gears!!
