Telle Tire & Auto Centers Lee's Summit West

So I knew I was probably was needing to get brakes, but was worried - and wanted to check others for prices rather than use the place I normally use that I have my credit card through ( i.e. competitor). Colby was - in a word - AWESOME! He told me I needed brakes on the back only, found the lowest price, used one of his coupons, and even did my inspection since I said it was coming due to renew my tags. He was honest, the work was done quickly, and I got in my car ( saying a " thankful and grateful prayer"), once I looked up, he was at my car and shook my hand and thanked me for giving them a shot. It was my first experience with Telle...ever. They say first impressions are what sets the standard....truly - best experience i had today.

I went in due to a flat tire that needed repaired. I did not have an appointment, but they could look at the tire in 45 minutes when everyone got from lunch. Not only did they repair the tire, they inspected my car and let me know I should probably replace my wiper blades. I knew it was time, but hadn’t taken the time to have them replaced. I had them do it for me. The cost of the blades and the tire repair was very economical. The best part was the exceptional customer service provided by the employees. I was greeted with a smile and a very positive attitude. I highly recommend this company.

Malala was such a great help. I had a flat tire at 3:30pm and they didn’t have it in stock. She gave me phone numbers to other dealers close by. One didn’t have the size I needed and the other (Firestone) wanted twice as much for the tire and since I couldn’t just drop the car off, it would take a week for an appointment. And they would not sell me the tire without installation! She ordered the tire I needed and called me at 8:30am next morning to let me know it was in. Her customer service was superb!!! So kind, friendly and helpful!!! I recommend Telle to anyone needing car service!

What a joy to finally find a "smaller" service center. They were/are much more friendly and courteous than the big box outfits or dealerships. They have earned my repeat business. Service (5 tire installation) was quick and completed they way I wanted it. Price was less than 4 of the 5 other stores I contacted for a quote!
