I had the pleasure of dealing with Ron about getting my windshield repaired, he was very friendly and efficient. It literally only took 5 minutes to get a quote, set a date and make the payment. Impressive! The icing on the cake was Kenneth. He showed up exactly when he said he would. 60 seconds later he was already to work. He was very fast, efficient and mindful not to cause damage. Talk about true professionals in their business. I will never use anyone else!

After the winter storm and during the negative temperatures in January 2026, my windshield cracked up the middle due to an unknown reason. However, within just an hour of calling my insurance company, the really kind woman at Autoglass Express's front desk called me and had an appointment set up as early as possible the next day. It was really cold in the waiting area, but the friendly atmosphere and quick service definitely made up for it. A week later, and I am still extremely pleased with my experience and product.
