Brian Benedict in service was the absolute best! Mr Brian was such a blessing when we needed repairs on our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica from Automaxx with in the first couple days of buying and he helped us get into a rental to fit our entire 6 person family free of charge for us during the time our vehicle was being repaired for a few days! Mr Brian was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and secure to get our family around during the repair time of our new family van! Thank you Mr Brian!

Bought my new truck and had a couple of issues. Mike and Brian from service, went out of their way, 30 mins before close to make sure it was situated. I really appreciate the help due to me getting the vehicle early. As well as the vehicle needed help. I recommend this location. They are very understanding and transparent. I had an outstanding experience with the Automaxx Service Department. Bruce, my service manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way while my Dodge Durango was in for lifter replacement and an oil change. A huge shoutout to Matt, my technician, who did exceptional work. The car is running better than ever, and his attention to detail and expertise truly showed. It’s rare to find a service team that is both trustworthy and genuinely committed to great customer care, but Automaxx exceeded all expectations.
