Automobile Diagnostics

I took my 2012 Toyota rav4 in for a check engine light and they did all the necessary procedures. They listened to me on what might have been the issue and what work I already did patiently. The prices were fair, $125 for troubleshooting (going through the fault codes and etc.) And the price of part was $300 (fair, found online for $250, but overnight shipping cost $50). Labor was fairly cheap at only ~$100. Overall, very fair price and the part came with warranty. No clue why some older reviews said about scamming, since all I saw was great customer service 😁 They even checked up on me a day after to see if there were any issues. I also did check the work that was done and it was done well. Pictures attached.

10/10 I got quoted ridiculous rates and ridiculous times everywhere else. I took my truck here and they were able to get it repaired at a very reasonable price and very very reasonable time frame. The best part is it even came with a warranty and they even messaged me a few days later to follow up. Take your vehicle!!

Brad went beyond expectations to quickly get my car into the shop and out once he found out my car was leaking oil. They were also fully booked that day but he made an exception. Superb customer service!

Nice people work here. The job was done on time and the problem was fixed. I was kept updated the whole time. No complaints.

The staff at Automobile Diagnostics is friendly and knowledgeable. They worked quickly to complete my repairs without skimping on quality. They even removed the charge on my invoice for an oil change they accidentally forgot to notify me of in advance. I didn’t even have to push for it! They simply verified that I hadn’t known of it and then did the right thing by not charging me! Almost unheard of nowadays. If only more businesses were as pleasant to interact with! I will be trusting Automobile Diagnostics with any future repairs I may need and recommending them to friends and family! Thanks for taking such good care of my car!
