Chris and his team at Automotive Computer Experts are outstanding! They came out and immediately got to work, quickly identifying the issue with my truck. What stood out was Chris’s honesty and expertise he guided me over the phone before even coming out. He stayed until everything was thoroughly checked and didn’t try to push unnecessary work. Hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever met knowledgeable, trustworthy, and focused on actually fixing the problem!

I thank Automotive Computer Experts, they replaced and reprogrammed my TCM for far less than the dealership and had it done in just two hours even though they couldn’t pull any info off of my original TCM. The car now runs better than ever. These guys are true professionals. Fast, honest, and highly recommended.

I was working in Cape Coral, 3 hours from home and my truck wouldn’t start one morning and I hired the first person that would come out to try to fix my truck. Def the wrong fix! Not all mobile mechanics have access to specific servers/programs or have the security clearances needed to work on newer vehicles. Chris came out and definitely knew what he was doing and didn’t quit til he figured out the computer issues with my truck. Chris was truly amazing! He came out at 7pm at night & diagnosed my Cadillac & had the part back in the morning & the car was fixed. He even informed me of a recall on the vehicle where I can get reimbursed! Great job!
