I had car trouble while vacationing on Sullivan's Island, S.C. Of course, the trouble began the night before our departure and I figured there was little chance I could get the car examined and repaired on short notice. I asked our dinner waiter if she had a recommendation, and Automotive Excellence in Mount Pleasant was it! I phoned and caught Joseph just before closing. He was very friendly, patient and sympathetic to my plight and said to bring in the car first thing the next morning and he'd do his best to work it in. True to his word, he got to it the next day was able to keep us safe, functioning and on schedule. THANK YOU, JOSEPH AND AUTOMOTIVE EXCELLENCE MECHANICS!!!

My car was overheating and after they inspected my Ford Focus they found a lot of things wrong with it. And y’all!!! After they fixed all the issues… ITS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CAR IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE!! It drives better and it sounds better!! Totally recommend this place! Also the customer service is AMAZING!!
