Automotive Technicians

I took my truck in to be diagnosed for a miss fire issue I couldn’t figure out. They were supposed to call me before working on the vehicle. Not only did they not call me prior to working on the truck, to actually let me know what was wrong. They also changed out a brake hose and did a brake flush which I was charged $50 for the hose $170 for the flush and $10 for break fluid. My truck was not in there for break issues. Never called to verify anything. They also topped off my oil apparently and charged me and additional $10. Again nothing I asked for and I had an oil change appointment set. They fixed the issue with the truck but it came with 0 communication and repairs I did not ask for or approve. The man Charles on the phone when I called blatantly lied to me and was very rude and short

I'm an old man: a retired mechanic from Firestone Complete Autocare in 2012. I needed some simple transmission maintenance requiring the car to be lifted on a rack. I couldn't fix it myself because I don't have a rack at home. I went to an Aamco Transmission shop next door to Automotive Technicians, only to find it had closed its doors for business. Automotive Technicians was next door to Aamco. So I walked across the parking lot. I've been to Automotive Technicians twice: once to set up an appointment, and once to show up for the appointment. Both times I walked up to the counter, the man there (identified as Charles-something) NEVER looked me in the face. I had to initiate a "Hello" to even get a response. He constantly looked at something under the counter top (a computer?), fo

Awesome mechanics. They did not basically try to sale me maintenance and a big job. He simply tried to fix what I asked for and worked with me on what to do with my vehicle. It was a "big problem". He gave me very good advice, did a very good job, and most of all he was patient and explained things to me.

This shop goes beyond any, excels fixing vehicles, pinpointing accurately the issues and does it all fairly priced. Look no further. Follow up more amazing work done with rare factory upper control arms and new lower ball joints OMG it feels transformed into the Cummins with a suspension to match! Dirt cheap nonetheless!!!!

Fantastic repair shop! Prices were very affordable, and work was performed to a level of completion you will not get at a dealer. They broke down all the major repair items that I should fix now, items that I should keep an eye on, and the stuff that would be nice to have fixed, but would not affect the safety. The quote was clear and concise, and the turnaround time was exactly as they estimated. I rolled out of that repair shop, gliding on a cloud! Transmission shifted like a dream, and brakes were perfect! I will be back when I need more work done!
