Needed some front end repairs to bumper and grill. Carmen was first class from the initial phone conversation until I drove away with the vehicle after repairs were completed. Completed within a couple days and was kept abreast of status the entire time. While it was there I had the service department perform an oil change service including their comprehensive inspection for any potential issues. Orlando in Service also communicated exceptionally and was highly professional. Thanks again!

Collision estimator Kenn Murphy was friendly and professional. Car in body shop starting 8/27.25 Car out of shop 10/4.25. First time picking up car there were clearcoat runs on replacement hood, hood gaps misaligned, replacement RF fender air gap with RF door too wide, unpainted area by upper RF door hinge. Picked up car on Saturday 10/4/2025 and was told by Kenn Murphy the car was ready to go and that body shop manager had inspected car and is ready to be released. By this time, I really needed to have my car again because 38 days have passed since the car entering body shop. Picked up my car on Saturday 10/4/25 after quick personal inspection.
