AutoNation Toyota Tempe Parts Center

I finally got a truck that I love a Toyota Tacoma. Time for the 5000 mi service and I look for a dealer close by. AutoNation came up, I thought the website was really nice I was able to book an appointment for the next day. When I got there my appointment was mixed up, in order to fix it they had to find another person and I said in my car for 20 minutes. Not one other person came up to me asked me if I had been helped or anything. So I started my car and left I will just find another dealer to deal with. If this is how bad their service is I would never buy a car from here. I love Toyota but this is a horrible representation of the service I thought I would receive.

Completely rude Hispanic customer service guy. Started with nicely asking a simple question and got an instant attitude 🤷‍♀️

I got here under the impression my vehicle should take at max 1.5 hours. The lady on the phone making the appointment was very misleading and I came in irritated at the 2 hour wait. After actually speaking too and listening to Deven Jones, I learned they are short staffed and the people who take the calls aren't even part of this building, so they dont reqlly know what's going on here. I was all set to complain and be mad. Thank you Deven for your patience and properly explaining what's really going on. I now have coffee and am settled in for my wait to get my truck. 5 star service sir.

Went in for an oil change last month. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the oil filter which caused a leak. I used my second vehicle to speak with the manage, Brandon, in person. This was the absolute most pleasant experience. I was very upset with the work by the technician but Brandon listed to me very patiently, offered a more than reasonable solution, and stated he would be sure to provide coaching to his technician. What originated as a very frustration event, turned out great. Excellent customer service from the Service/Parts Manager.

I needed wheel studs for my Toyota Camry and I got just what I needed, and the price was not cheap.
