I've bought parts from this dealership several times over last several years, all of them have been ordering online and picking up in person. However in my last visit, I needed a part that same day and since they online ordering handling time is not the same day, regardless of when the order is placed, I decided to order and purchase in person, the outcome? Ripping me off 90% over the MSRP. Online a part that costs $8.37, ended up costing $19.99 in person. A bill that was supposed to cost under $35 ended up costing me $85. There's a reason why dealerships get such bad reps, that they would screw over / Scam their own customers on parts by marking it through the sky.

Great service. Ernesto really helped us out with our new car. Everyone else is also very friendly and attentive. Definitely the best Toyota dealership I've been to.
