AutoRama Car Wash

Auto wash blower did not work and the car came out dirty. This is an issue on a very cold day. No one there to help or call but took money. I was hoping someone would offer to make this right. NOT! The manager justified that the wash doesn't list blowing so I guess you just leave with your car wet and dripping. And he did not address that the carwash didn't clean the car--especially with the entrance spray working for a second vs. the entire time the car entered like it is supposed to. I guess they charge 8 dollars and what normally happens in all of these washes when you enter to wash the sides of the car and the blower are not included. Used the automatic car wash truck was too big so the owner at 12 at night came and refunded my money without me asking I started washing it in the do it yourself side and he just showed up offering a refund amazingly nice owner just for that I would give him all my business from here on out

Easy to enter the wash room. The price is good. 11usd for full wash but don’t have dry step at the end

Went to automatic car wash here. Took 8 dollars and didn’t wash or dry my car! I paid for water to go on car!!! And today was freezing so that was horrible. And of course no one was there to help

Need some updating. Credit card processing took a very long time. Would be helpful to have drying for the auto wash.
