10/10 Jimmy’s team made up space for us and fixed the car instantly. We were passing through on our way into holiday (on July 3rd) and the other shop had denied us earlier. Jimmy also was fully booked as people were streaming in and out. Every customer knew their names. Very trustworthy, warm, professional and efficient service. They prioritised and fixed our car within 35 minutes, so that we could continue driving safely. Plus, we received a thorough inspection incl the costs of the parts that had to be replaced, and took time to explain it to us (who don’t know much about cars). Very genuine, they informed us about the given safety issue, but didn’t insisted on repairing it. Contrary, they offered this service totally for free! And even the tip they only hesitantly accepted. This team is the best! while passing through town our car had an issue and we stopped here. Jimmy and Matthew took the time to check it out and let us know what was going on. On a vacation trip, my car was struggling to turn on. Luckily, I found this shop doing a quick search. We brought the car in. He diagnosed I needed a new battery and fixed it asap. The owner even filled up the tires so we can travel back home safely. Huge thanks! Highly recommend.

I had an odd repair come up and actually delayed taking it in for service somewhere because of how much I hate dealing with car stuff, haha... This was my first time here and I felt completely comfortable here from the start (important for clueless car folks!). My insurance agent recommended this shop as their go-to in town, and wow am I glad they did. The staff was upfront, kind, and resolved an uncommon repair on a Toyota. I was impressed how quickly. Huge perk of going here is that while waiting you get to enjoy an ocean view to offset your typical car frustration/auto shop vibe. :-) A heads up that this parking lot on PCH is tight. I’ve got a small 2wd car so did okay. If you drive something bigger, I'm sure they help you figure that out when booking appointment. They really take care

My phone broke my driver side window button. The window wasn’t rolling back up. We had to stop at the nearest AutoZone center and this was the first one I found I stopped here and the gentleman who helped me was very helpful and kind he rolled up the window electronically complementary, which was really nice of him so if you’re in the area and if you have any car issues, please stop by this place great service.
