Beware of horrible service. After calling to make my appointment the receptionist informed me that Enterprise would pick me up and take me to their office to pick up my rental. Upon arrival I talked to the Enterprise office and the Enterprise representative stated that he never received a reservation for a rental and I had to pay $300. I then asked Enterprise to drop me off at home until this matter was resolved the next day because my AAA representative had left the office for the day. The following day I contacted my AAA representative and he informed me that he never received a phone call from Caliber Collision confirming that I would be dropping off my vehicle to be able to get a reservation with Enterprise started for a rental vehicle. Once this matter was resolved I finally picked
I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and very very accommodating. My car was finished on a Friday and I wasn’t sure that I would get there before 5 o’clock. They told me “that’s all right Gary if you’re a bit late will wait for you.” that’s the type of accommodation that you just don’t hear these days. They are above and beyond
I came in one day to get a quote to fix my G wagon and the associates here were amazing. They gave me 2 quotes within 30 minutes of my arrival and I brought my car in and got it back just a couple days later. It looks amazing and they cleaned everything so well. For this location being in a semi inconvenient locations everything was easy to get to and park. Will be using them again if needed.
Great customer service by Ernesto and Gabby! They provided me with updates during my repair and completed all work to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend using them!
Ernie is the best! Did a wonderful job helping me through the process. Would highly recommend!
