We recently purchased our new Jeep, and the experience was fantastic! 🚙✨ A huge thank you to Jose in Finance, Thomas Perry the Sales Manager, and the amazing sales team: Leo and Tammy. They truly went above and beyond, helping us get a great deal and really making the trade-in process smooth and stress-free. Tammy is an amazing sales person. She helped me find my Jeep grand Cherokee with all of the options that I wanted at a great price.

Previously I have been shopping around at a much larger dealership and on line but I chose to work with Tammy at AutoWorld because of her professionalism, depth of knowledge about the truck I was interested in and that she did not present herself like the traditional “car sales person”. Tammy has followed up and made sure my experience was great and wanted to see if there was anything else I needed for my truck. I would definitely refer Tammy and Auto World to my friends and family. I also want to mention I worked with Kevin in Finance and he was prompt and professional filling up on the process to make sure it went smooth.

They will not honor the warranty. Replaced the transmission for almost for 6k week later there’s was transmission fluid leaking . I call them up and they give me a date for two weeks later, they had to replace a one o-ring for additional 133 Totally ripping off the people. I will never buy Dodge ever again or go there.

I have a very low threshold for and am very alert to any greedy or exploitive businesses. We all expect car dealerships to be full of tricks, surprise costs and tricks. I was amazed to find none of this in my dealing with Victory/ Autoworld. They were FANTASTIC! I simply texted and emailed back and forth with a couple of the sales reps and they found my dream car; exactly what I was looking for and offered me a price lower than I was expecting. I had just been rear ended in my trade in vehicle but they worked through the repair and trade in without any headaches to me…and no loss of value. I’ve moved away for work but I might just fly back for my next car.
