This is hands-down, the best place to get your Volkswagen fixed in Petaluma and the greater Sonoma area. Knowledgeable and mechanics who have a good sense of humor which is sometimes needed when you’re on a Volkswagen. Love these guys.

Took our Audi in with trouble with the convertible top, they assessed the issue, showed me exactly what was happening and we were on our way. Relieved it wasn’t a major issue, and very happy with the communication.

Excellent customer service. I had a concern after a repair and they were amazing. Knowledgeable and courteous employees and management. They squeezed me in (last minute) to take a listen to a rattle to ensure my car was safe to drive a long distance the next AM. They didn’t have to, but made the time. Great shop and nice to work with. Took my wife’s VW Alltrack in because the brakes were squaling so I expected to have to replace the rear brakes. The owner called and said the brakes were fine just a little dirty. He notice the windshield wiper arm was bent so we ordered that and they will be doing a full service next week. I’ve been in the car business for 20 years and I think this is a great shop. They will have my business going forward.
