I had a great experience at this AutoZone location today. Trinity helped me replace my bulbs and was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Her customer service was outstanding, and she gave me all the time I needed without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way she does. Thank you, Trinity, for the excellent service!

I needed one thing, and the salesperson directed me to it. It was a quick and friendly transaction. I have had nothing but positive experiences at AutoZone, and I intend to go there whenever I need something car-related.

Got here a little after 7:00AM, intended to use an OBD II to read a check engine light on my car. Doors were locked, no one around. I waited until 7:15, checked again - Still locked. Called their number which was out of service. Waited further until 7:20 before I left. Still no one. The sign in the window confirmed a 7AM opening.
