HUGE SHOUTOUT to Josh!! He spent an extraordinary amount of time helping my daughter get new wipers on her Tesla. The car is ridiculously challenging to fix a simple wiper blade, and he had the patience of a saint to work with her and get it figured out. Absolutely over and above service- thank you Josh!!!

I needed to replace the batteries in 2 car key fobs but had no idea how to do it. Josh P at the Broomfield Auto Zone quickly, efficiently and very kindly did it for me. I truly appreciate his willingness to help an old lady navigate through what was for, her was a big issue! Thank you so much, Josh! What a great employee!

Mr. Mike.P is a wonderful, respectful, polite man and does his job very well. I recommend going to this store and asking for Mr. Mike.P (with such people everything works very well in the community) 🤝👏👏👏

Nothing but incompetence here. Came in to do a simple return. Barcode wouldn't scan, and the guy told me I was basically SOL. He said go to a different store. I said what is a different store going to do that you can't do right now? I even asked if he could type in the order number manually and he wouldn't. No customer service, or common sense. Don't come here.

The staff here is great! The store manager, Josh, is awesome! Mike and Angel have been super friendly and helpful as well. Only auto parts store I shop!
