I recently made a purchase from this store and experienced a small issue. However, Ray personally took the time to address my concern and made sure it was fully resolved. He called me, invited me back to the store, and handled everything professionally. I truly appreciate his kind and attentive approach. Thank you for taking customer satisfaction seriously.

Ray was very helpful and kind. Really made the process of getting a new battery very straightforward and pretty easy! Battery cost was in line or cheaper than other places I called as well. Will come back for anything I need.

When this store first opened, customer service was amazing and employees were helpful. Now it has changed management and it’s gone downhill. There seems to be a high turnover rate here. The employee does not greet customer and can care less and if they do greet, they will be selective. I will not be back here and will be shopping at advanced auto parts instead.

Chase and Brandon were excellent help with selecting and changing my battery. They encountered challenges during the swap but didn’t quit until the job was done. They went above and beyond. Definitely would recommend this location, and appreciate their professionalism and dedication.
