Car Wash

Instant regret. Paid $11.95 for a “premium” wash today at the Burke location. Touchless wash, but it barely did anything. My car got wet, but it came out just as dirty as before. Whatever was supposed to work, didn’t. I asked the attendant for help, but he said no refunds and told me to email the company. Still waiting to hear back. Really disappointed. Won’t be lazy and will wash at home next time.

I paid for a car wash service, drove inside, the water started coming out and it stopped. I reached for the gas station attendant/ manager and explained the situation but he refused to start the machine again. He said I had to pay for the service again. A very rude and unkind man. Do not go to this place. It’s not worth it.

Terrible place. I paid and it didn’t work. I went to the clerk and he said there is nothing he can do. Never going there again. I wish there was a zero stars. Terrible location. Don’t go!

Lots of dry cars coming out of the wash and management does not seem to refund. Should shut it down until repaired; however, looks more like a way to steal money without providing any service

When I went into the car wash the machine broke down. I called and be came to fix it, game me a new code, but I decided to used it another day bc it started raining 🙄. Gave 3 stars bc obvi it sucked sitting in the car wash and it not working
