Just had the battery replaced in my car. The price was half of what the dealership was quoting me, the warranty is longer and Cindy (who installed the battery) was great! Thanks for the help and for saving me money on this car service.

DO NOT let them change your battery. It was cold, my car wouldn't start. I took it to this location and they did a battery test and it came back as a bad battery- I bought the battery a few months back so I was able to exchange it for free since it was under warranty. The associate who changed my battery did not know what he was doing. As soon as my old battery was disconnected my car never came back on. He told me it had to be my starter or alternator. I ended up getting my car towed to a shop for them to tell me the battery was never connected fully. I wasted $155 on something that should have been free. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I went to AutoZone tonight with so much anxiety about my car battery and the issues it’s been having. I was greeted by Sarah and Ralph. They were the most pleasant, professional and patient people I’ve ever come across in an AutoZone. I cannot express how grateful I was when they helped me find the right battery, went above and beyond to install it and explained to me what I needed and how the car was supposed to function. They both deserve a raise and I can’t thank them enough for their service tonight.

I received wonderful support and service for a bad battery for my Honda. They were very helpful in testing the old battery, explaining the options for purchasing a new one, installing it, and sending me on my way in an efficient manner!

Walking in, the folks in leadership seemed welcoming. I needed a battery check, they sent one of their more novice employees out to check it for me. He was a little taken aback that the battery for a hybrid vehicle was in the trunk and said I can test it but we don’t do anything with trunks. I’m like, “it’s very accessible”. He said “Well, that’d be free labor and I’m not trying to work for free”. lol. Bro, you get paid by the hour, none of your labor to service a customer is free. Although there might be potential at this business, this employee has me driving to Advance Auto Parts for my battery charge/replacement.
