I highly recommend this Autozone location. I ordered a part that unfortunately was not going to work out. Matthew not only helped with the refund but traveled to meet me at a more convenient location. This is above and beyond what I expected. I hope Matthew knows how grateful my family and I are for this great kindness.

If I could rate you guys 0 stars I would. You guys are lazy and don't want to work. When you guys have customers come in and you guys are standing at the counter not acknowledging someone who's standing in front of you is crazy. Poor customer service. O Riley's on this side of town will be getting my service from now on.

Edward has proved he is qualified to be manager of this store! He is all about customer service and does not care about getting off when he is scheduled if a customer is relying on him. He will not sell you a part he would not buy himself. Actually went as far as calling a qualified mechanic to assist us. I thanked him several times for staying late and not once did he complain, just told me "I care about my customers and if I do not care, they don't come back." Have never had an employee care about me the way he did!!! Can not say enough good things about this store!! If you want a store to care about you and not just your money, go to this store first!!

Great staff, excellent customer service. Edward went out of his way to help me find replacement lightbulbs for my truck headlights. Not only did he find them but he also basically installed them himself. I tried to help but was actually getting in his way. Thank you so much for taking the time!!

I went to Auto Zone as my car was not starting like it should. Matthew checked the battery for me, and it wasn't good anymore. So I bought a new one from him, and he installed it. Very quickly too! Great customer service, and. I highly recommend Matthew!
