AutoZone Auto Parts

Horrible experience. The manager (was not wearing nametag, CSR 16) was one of the most unsympathetic, monotone "customer service" associates I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We broke down on the side of the road, hours away from home, limped the vehicle to AutoZone hoping to get some help. He wanted nothing to do with offering any assistance, I asked if they had a Wells Tester and he had no clue what I was talking about, couldn't be bothered to find an answer for us. Had no idea what a volt meter was either. Wouldn't look us in the face, barely acknowledged us, it was clear he hates his job. How he's a manager is beyond me. We ended leaving without the help we needed. This is the first time AutoZone truly failed me, what happened to the friendly and knowledgeable managers? It

They wouldn't give me my core charge! Need another battery. I'm not getting it from auto zone. I will just go across the street.

Staff is ok but they tend to give me the wrong car parts more often then receiving the right car parts

So they allow you to order on website then as the driver is 4 minutes away cancel and say we only deliver to shops, you can come get it. Um no i cant whi h is the reason for delivery. As far as only delivering to shops i call bs, I tracked the driver and I know a few of those stops were not shops! I'd leave zero stars next time you have a delivery be sure your delivery driver does what they are supposed to and DELIVER

Had a issue with the car. Needed help to troubleshot the problem. They went above and beyond to help find a solution. Not just one associate, the team all helped to get there. Greatly appreciated! Part on the way today and great experience all around. Ty again Riverside team.
