Thank you Tristan.. Last Saturday Nov 15 at the height of heavy rains, I went to Autozone to buy replacement wiper blades. They helped me install the replacement blades in spite of the pouring rain. He did his job with ease. I was giving my tip but he politely declined with a smile. Abundant Shoutout to Tristan for his working attitude.

I came up as my battery won’t started. Thomas Lee helped me out and experience was exceptional and outstanding. Deeply appreciated Thomas’s help and loving a store in the neighborhood with very experienced staff there. Thank you SOOOO much, Thomas.

I have bought parts from autozone for years but recently the staff at their stores have become rude and unwelcoming. Their house brand parts have always been of poor quality. I will never patronize any autozone stores again and will not recommend anyone else to patronize their stores either.
