I took my vehicle to this Midas service center not knowing what the issue was, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel dismissed, and made sure I understood what needed to be replaced and why. The pricing was fair and cost efficient, and the service was honest and professional. I truly appreciate the transparency and care they provided. Highly recommend!

Got my van for an oil change at this location. Pretty easy to get an appointment and very efficient on notification of the appointment. There is a Groupon special for oil change on your car or van. Follow the instruction to get an appointment after the coupon purchased. Nothing sure about other services but the regular maintenance is fine. Zack checked us in and you can see the work bay as you’re waiting for your car for services.

Talk about customer service. Been to many shops over the years, but the level on confidence, reassurance, and just no bs overall realness had me in utter shock. The manager, Eric and his new mechanic Sal, listened to my concern, drove my car with me to be sure they understood what issues and noises I brought it in for, and didn't push due unnecessary services. The listed priority wise to fix my issues, than planned out the future repairs needed based on priority. Last 2 visits had me not wanting to come back, but was in a bind, and damn i lucked out here with the new management. 🙏

Took my car for brakes and oil change. Had a great experience and fast friendly service. Thanks to the manager Eric. Was greeted with a friendly welcome and felt very comfortable coming here. Was nervous about coming here due to past shop experiences at other places. Will be back for future repairs. I will let my family know about the great welcoming and friendly environment. Manager Eric Waltz was kind and attentive throughout our experience. He provided a speedy quote, and the team completed the repairs in just one day. This kept our downtime with only one car to an absolute minimum. I will definitely recommend Midas Diamond Bar to friends and family
