Riaction Performance Shocks

I’ve had a great experience with RIACTION Coilovers so far. I spoke with Lawrence, and he’s been very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Communication has been smooth and responsive, both through email and in person, and everything has been clearly explained. Luckily for me, RIACTION is local, so I was able to drop off my coilovers in person to have them inspected and to discuss spring options to accommodate my preferences, instead of having to ship them out. Have been a sucker for JDM coils on all of my cars. But had an opportunity to try these on my 2022 Lexus IS350 F Sport with very aggressive stance. After trying a set. I have ended up switching all my car with their suspension. 2007 Subaru Forester XT, CT200h, Prius, Tesla Model 3. These are quality suspension and are comparable or even better than JDM ones nowadays. Ride is smooth. Damping settings are perfect. The springs included are on point. I have had them for 3 years on my Tesla Model 3 now driven about 80k miles with no issues or whatsoever. 30k miles on a slammed Lexus with no issues. 30k on the Froester with no issues. Have recommended them countless times with friends for other fitments. Will not hesitate to get them for future builds.

Great customer service! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I accidentally ordered the wrong product, but they were understanding and processed a full refund without any hassle. Poor fitment, even worse customer service. Don’t buy unless you want a massive headache or don’t mind modifying brand new coilovers. Bought coilovers for my 91 fully stock 3000gt AWD which their site claimed to support. First set I received from riactionUSA was for the FWD version of my car. Fine, I emailed them and made sure tell them, apart from the rear struts being completely wrong, that the mounting points for the brake line brackets in the front struts are way too close to the knuckles to fit. I waited a couple of days for them to respond before only hearing back from them after telling them that I’ll just drive there since I wasn’t getting a response. A 1.3hr round trip drive for me. The coilovers that Riaction Performance sells are quality coilovers. Iv had them on my 2016 GTI S for about 7 months now and they are perfect!!! The ride quality, performance and just them being a great coil for all my needs. I take hard turns and race my car and they handle like a champ!!! Their customer service is awesome. I actually just bought their Riaction Performance coilover covers!!! And again they dont dissappoint, Quality is mint👌🏽💯
