2015 Kia Forte5. Arrived 9:00. Engine check light was on and engine was missing on one cylinder. Diagnosed at 9:15 as a failed coil on one cylinder. It was fixed and I left at 10:00. That was 4 months ago. It still works. Not my first visit here and won't be my last.

I went there for a brake inspection, and possibly pad and rotters change; This is the laziest, most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. I called before I go there to make sure that he is available, and went there 8:30AM. When entered the store, he saw me, but still kept chatting with his friend about the dinner party that he was in over the weekend for about 5 min before even coming to the front desk. After I gave him my information and car key, it said he has to change his shoes, before he can start the brake inspection, that took him about 20 min (while still talking to that friend, and his daughter). Then he took the car tires off in 5 min and then went inside and started to talk on the phone with someone for 15 min. and eventually gave me quote for $80 more than jiffy, $6

My rear bumper was misaligned and popped off while I was driving along the freeway on the way to a dentist appointment. When I arrived I told my dentist what had happened and she recommended I visit Stop Brake Shops around the corner. She said the men who worked there are two very kind and honest gentleman who have done a lot of work for her in the past. I took her advice and and she was right. I was thrilled with their service and kindness. They spent 45 minutes in the 100+ heat fixing my bumper and ended up not charging me for it. My bumper looks great and even better, I left with a warm feeling in my heart! Thank you Stop Brake Shops!

vehicle was 2014 Ford Expedition XL 4WD. Got new struts on each wheel. Owner is very well informed on struts. Even Ford had a hard time figuring out which struts fit this vehicle and screwed up twice in a prior replacement. The guy at the counter is the guy who does the work which means nothing gets lost between the counter and the repair. Based on my experience I recommend this place for suspension and brakes. Price was right.

John did great work and was honest about pricing. He also works on classic cars but no smog testing.
