Great experience! We needed a headlight and new wipers, and Philip was so helpful. He helped us figure out the best products to buy for our specific vehicle that were in our price range, and he even installed both on the car for us in the rain right afterwards! He went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend.

I would like to say that Hunter Hillard at this location is a diamond in the raft. Besides this gentleman providing me with EXCELLENT service. I had the pleasure to watch him at work. While helping clients in the store, when he was done doing that, he was giving the same respect to the customers calling on the phone. I have been doing business with Auto Zone for a while,and let me say when I call the other locations on the phone I wait for someone to come back to the phone for a long time. It almost makes you feel like they are doing it on purpose. Auto Zone this gentleman represents what Great customer service should feel like when you enter into a store to do business. I visited this store on 10/13/25 to have diagnostic codes read due to our check engine light having come on while we were in the Durham area. Cedric (sp?) was extremely helpful. It was a true pleasure visiting with Cedric - like an old friend! We made our 500 mile return trip to Ohio shortly after leaving the store with comfort knowing the code did not require immediate attention. Thank you, Cedric!

I stopped by AutoZone last night right before closing with a screw in my tire and air leaking fast. I appreciate Derrick's patience and helping me plug the hole and pointed me to Sheetz so I could fill the tire back up. Really appreciate the extra help, especially so late. Great customer service!
