stopped by the Essex junction Autozone to pick up an online order that I drove over an hour to pick up. both items were unavailable which was a bummer, but the manager stepped up and took care of everything. He gave me a full refund and sent me on my way with upgraded oil, and filter for free. I tried to at least pay for the filter because that was not on the online order and was planning to purchase in store when I got there. but he refused to take any payment. I was completely blown away, this manager went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!

I get it. It’s probably been a long week. However, it isn’t okay to be dismissive to a potential customer. I had n emergency and needed a new car battery fast. The older gentlemen (I didn’t even catch his name) didn’t have a fully professional or even a nice demeanor. He was short with me and wouldn’t discuss options o prices like he did with other customers. Another customer noticed his behavior and treatment of me and that says a lot. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but he was quite on point with this other woman, but he couldn’t find the same courtesy for me too? Also, he didn’t tell me they only had one battery that would fit my car but when that didn’t fit, the other guy was able to go and get a battery that fit. My experience has been excellent - this is a very kind and helpful team of people. Their care with customer service makes it feel like a neighborhood business that has a genuine concern for doing right by their clients.

Daniel was great today! We needed a new battery and he assisted with instal and even brought out a few extra parts to replace out corroded pieces! Answered all of our questions and didn’t try to oversell us as females. 10/10 would recommend 😊
