The entire team at Land Air is fantastic and I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I worked with Ryan, who ensured the process was seamless. I arrived in the morning and was on the lake by noon. When I was hooking up, I noticed the trailer was missing a safety pin. I flagged down someone from service and it took them 30 seconds to make it right. Land Air offers value, convenience, and expertise. They are the example of what a dealer experience should look like. I am extremely happy with my purchase; they earned a lifetime customer.

I was in the process of buying a 2025 Pioneer 1000-5, during the process I had several questions. Ryan in sales went above and beyond educating me about the machine and offering his advice on how to option the unit. Unfortunately the deal did not come to fruition due to logistics of distance from my location to Land Air (5-7hrs drive). From my experiance Land Air staff is an epitome of how a company should provide service.

Always awesome and good to go to the service department to see them .The staff are nice and always very caring and careful with customers machines. Sales are always making sure you are comfortable and are pleased . I really appreciate land air and professional staff clean buildings and grounds .It was a nice place to go and I liked the two bikes I took pictures of on the sales floor.

I have been a Honda ATV guy for over 30 years however Honda's 2025 line up did not quite fit my needs. I told Ryan what I was thinking about, my needs, etc. Ryan introduced me to the Suzuki 500AXI. It never crossed my mind to own a Suzuki however this machine hit all the buttons. I just put 10 miles on it and it is amazing. Speaking of amazing was the no BS non pushy salesmanship from Ryan, he listened, he offered different ideas and spent the afternoon with me through different machines and the sale once I chose the Suzuki.
