There's an African American guy that works in the Essex location, 725 Eastern Blvd. My brother in law and father in law have been there at least 3 times in the past few days due to a battery/alternator issue on my FIL's 2018 Nissan Rogue SV. Now its not about race. It's never about race with me, I don't care if you're purple, pink or blue. Respect is earned not given and I've been taught that since a little girl. I always try my best to have manners and a conscious, so no this isn't about a white girl complaining about a black guy. My husband went into the store on Eastern Ave in Essex Aug 13 7:45, they guy working that shift needs to be gone or trained. We needed a slim jim to get our door unlocked. He said we don't carry them husband said they are online showing you have instock. He rudely said show me my husband's phone was locked in vehicle. Worker looked it up on computer and saw it, still rude said Pulaski has it. We go to Pulaski Goldenring with no improvement of staff. Kid on his phone playing game. My husband says are you working here? He says he's on hold on work phone. Husband says you can't look something up while your on hold? I am very satisfied with my care at this location. I was able to be helped the two days that I came to this store. I forgot the two gentlemen’s names but they were working the night of 5/7/25. I would definitely be returning if I am around this location.

0 stars is deserved. I went in for brakes and rotors. The manager was too incompetent to handle this request. She was confused beyond belief. I stood in the store for an hour as she helped every customer that entered the store. I stood there for an hour just to be told the parts are not in stock at the store. This team at this store is a joke. I will not return to this pitiful store.
