I went to Autozone in Fairhaven today for windshield wipers. Paul helped me choose the right wipers and then offered to put them on my car. I was very happy to have the help! Paul was very pleasant and helpful. True customer service! Thank you Paul!

My car was dying, and went to Auto Zone in Fairhaven. Diego was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured to buy a battery. After having a conversation with Diego and his manager Antone , I did buy a battery which they installed. Also got a rear windshield wiper and they were happy to install that as well. Good job guys!

I had a incident where another auto zone gave me the wrong alternator and was giving us a hard time to return it and get the right one they sent me to this store and the guy there was named Joao very nice patient with me worked something else gave me the right one and now my car is working again thanks to him for fixing another store’s problem but thanks to him and who was on shift I thank you guy happy new years

Darwin just gave us exceptional service in testing and replacing the battery in our vehicle. Tough to find that sort of service nowadays, Auto Zone in Fairhaven is lucky to have him.

I needed a new headlight and went to the Fairhaven AutoZone. Darwin was awesome—super helpful, professional, and really knew his stuff. Really appreciated the time he took to help me out. Definitely recommend!
