I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Freeport AutoZone today, and I feel compelled to share it. I walked in because I needed to purchase a battery for my dad’s Toyota Highlander. The previous battery had been ruined by the brutally cold weather this winter, so this wasn’t a casual shopping trip — it was something that needed to get handled efficiently. As soon as I walked in, the batteries were right there at the front of the store. I approached the section and noticed two employees engaged in what was clearly a non-work-related conversation. That alone wasn’t the issue — I understand people work long hours and conversations happen. No problem there. I went today to auto zone to get windshield wipers and Tanya was such a great help. She helped me find the right size part. She’s full of Information and then helped me apply them to my car. She explained every step in much detail to help me understand for next time. She is a great employee, would recommend this place for any parts needed.

Tania was an absolute amazing human, she helped me find the correct windshield wipers I needed and then I asked her if she can install them for me and she did! Are you kidding me where else can you get that kind of customer service?! I’m gunna recommend this place and Tania to all my family and friends. 11/10 human being

Came to this location for a new battery. Had the please of dealing with Ronnie. What a true professional. Tested my car battery and it needed to be replaced. He even installed the new one for me. What a good guy to deal with.
