I had such a difficult time with my wives 2013 chevy malibu battery replacement. The sales associate Jackson Cain from the Grafton loaction was very professional and was patient with replacing the battery in her vehicle. This is not an easy battery to get out. He refused to take any form of a tip from me. Made things so much better for my wife and I. Will continue to be a lifetime customer because of this experience. Thank you

Great customer service when I called on a later Sunday evening to replace a headlight bulb! Took less than 15 minutes for everything and cost less than $40 for the part and installation. Will definitely return!

Ordered parts next-day delivery on Friday as the website indicated clearly it would be delivered Saturday. Once ordered I received a message indicating delivery was scheduled for Monday after FedEx picked it up. They always knew they couldn’t support next day delivery in this area.
