1500 miles after an oil change I realize my engine air filter isn’t in.. called and talked to a manager about it he claimed an engine air filter isn’t that important. best he could offer me was a refund on the oil change.. be careful of this when taking your vehicle there and make sure everything is done properly, happy I at least caught it before my engine seized up. As that could have been an expensive bill for me. Edit: 3 weeks later still no refund on oil change
Took my teen son's car in recently for service here. Love that they have an online appointment request option on their website. It made it easy for me to schedule the car on the weekend when they were closed for service during the upcoming week. Got a confirmation email regarding my appointment and follow-up text reminder so I wouldn't forget. Once I arrived, was greeted by three separate guys working there. One out in the parking lot as I was walking in. Another who was taking a call as I walked in, acknowledged me and said he'd just be a minute and then a third who came in from the back and was able to help me right away. We have used this service location multiple times over the last five or so years. We consistently find them to provide excellent service. We recently had a major issue with a car and they gave us detailed options and provided a loaner car while we worked through things. Highly recommend this Midas shop.
Simple emission test. 1st time at Midas Grafton, but won't be the last. Great service, quick response, and am now getting estimates for 2 of my other cars needed repairs. 5 star service, 5 star treatment! Keep up the good work!
Amazing! Had my girlfriend's car towed up here due to some issues with the cold. They were closed on Sunday so they stayed open about 20 minutes late for us on Saturday so that we could pick up the car! We really appreciated it! :) plus the service fee was pretty cheap
