Tires Unlimited Automotive Services - Grafton

My mother-in-law had a faulty air valve stem on an otherwise good tire. She is a loyal customer and likes to go back to the places with whom she has worked and is comfortable. She called to set up an appointment for a fix with her normal (dealership) shop and found a valve is not covered under warranty. They proceeded to convince her to replace both back tires to keep the treads at the same wear. They provided three estimates, ranging from $426 - $729 (for two tires). She has a Honda CR-V. We thought that was a little steep, so I checked other options in our area. On a whim, I called Tires Unlimited, in Grafton. I am glad we did. They confirmed valve stems are not covered under warranty, but said bring it in, those can typically be replaced quite easily. I brought it in 30 minutes later an

Set up my appt online with no problem. Got an email back asking if I had anything to add. When I got there, was greeted right away and my car was in right away. Took maybe an hour and all 4 tires were mounted and balanced. Will use Tires Unlimited for any work in the future. Great place. Greg

They fit me in on a short notice, their staff is super helpful and nice! They let me borrow their phone charger while I was waiting in their very spacious waiting room with coffee and drinks for all guests, 4 tires done and taken care of for a great price and quick work ! 10/10 would highly recommend!!! They also do more then just tires, definitely check them out for all of your vehicles needs!

Had a great experience experience at Tires Unlimited in Grafton. Called that morning to have some issues looked into and had inspection results, a quote for service and the work completed by the next afternoon. Everyone was kind and professional. My mechanic, Jack, was awesome, knowledgeable and finished the job quickly. I love that they text their communications to me so I can look over it when it’s convenient as well as refer back to it when needed. Very helpful!

It's truly was one of the better experiences I've ever had by tires. The salesperson was knowledgeable especially about my vehicle because he had the exact same one. The waiting time was not long and the waiting area was beautiful. I can't do this location because of the rating then I can see why. There were tire places much closer to me in Mequon but truly it was worth traveling to Grafton for this experience.
