Costco Tire Service Center

I should have read the reviews before purchasing tires at Costco, service was not good but worse. I now have a large crack across my wind shield. They said I came in with it and it shows up on their videos, but they will not let me see the video. This crack was hugh and could not have been missed when I drive my car every day. 2021 Honda CRV. I would not recommend having service at this location. (Grafton) I will not renew my membership either, terrible service all around.

Zero stars!!!! Did Alex at the tire desk have a attitude problem, yes. Did the two other service associates have the exact same attitude, yes. we are a loyal Costco customer and Today I brought in my car for a scheduled tire repair that is included with the tire purchase at Costco. The overall negative customer experience and the disdain the service employees had towards me was shocking. I also observed this happening with almost every customer interaction. I also noticed that my car was done and that they purposely didn’t notify me. I watched as they played on their phone for 30 minutes. I had to go over and ask after 90 minutes if my car was ready. Was told it just wrapped up…. LIAR. Zero Stars

This is the worst place to go for anything. They have a check in counter no one monitors so you end up waiting for 10mins+ just to talk to anyone. There is no organization in terms of knowing what's going on with your vehicle so you have 5 people just standing around the desk waiting for help. They quote times it will take that are never correct. The staff is rude and seem like they could care less. Never again.

Got a nail in one my tires I had purchased at Costco. Made appointment and they refused to fix it because they claim tire was too worn out. Bought plug kit on Amazon and fixed myself. Such a waste of time coming here.

Truly terrible customer service. Go anywhere except here. They have a plethora of tires yet they couldn't get the kind I needed in until Friday — but the shop down the street had them the next morning. It was also abundantly clear no one in the tire dept. cares about customer service or really their customers, so why would they care about your car? Seriously. Don't even waste your time here go to someone local with better reviews, it's what I did and I'm very happy with the services I received AND the customer service.
