absolutely fantastic service!! I went in today looking for help with an issue with a fuse in my car. I needed the fuse repaired as it was the only way I would be able to use the temporary window defogger. I was helped by Rich, who was AMAZING!! He spent at least 1/2 an hour with me outside, in subzero temperatures, fixing my blown fuse. he opened the fuse box, identified the issue, helped me with selecting the best replacement and installed it for me, all while explaining the entire process so I would have more knowledge on what to do if it happened again! he was so kind, patient and understanding the whole time. I had an excellent experience :)

Stopped in with an atypically wonky windshield wiper and Eddie did a great job getting me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Saved my snowy winter weekend. Highly recommend!!

I had such a great experience at auto zone today. Tom went above and beyond helping me with my windshield wipers, even coming out into the cold to take care of it for me. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made my whole day. Thank you so much Tom!

Stopped by to see if they could help - the fuel door on our vehicle would not open and we had to fill up to get home. Tom, the manager, taking great care not to damage the paint, managed to get the door open. In hindsight, the door had frozen as a result of driving rain, then plunging temperatures. He then took the time to grease the mechanism to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend the store and commend the team working there.

They were very helpful. They also went out of their way to provide me with information about my battery, hood latch, as well as the fuse components for my radio. I left with more knowledge, and I could not thank Auto Zone in Greenfield enough.
